We do not store full credit card numbers or bank account details on our local servers; all payment data is handled directly within CSG Forte’s PCI-compliant environment.

Risk Assessments & Consultations:
Strategic guidance provided on this site (including the "Risk Audit") is for consulting purposes. Professional technical oversight is only established through a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Initial Service & Shared Responsibility:
- Remote Access: By requesting on-demand remote support or a discovery assessment, you grant us permission to access your systems.
- Backups: While we offer Managed Disaster Recovery for contracted partners, a shared responsibility model applies to initial or on-demand services. For non-managed clients, you are responsible for maintaining current backups. Computer Guts, LLC is not liable for data loss during one-time repairs or assessments.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Computer Guts, LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
- Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any initial service engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in the courts of Jackson County, Wisconsin.
